I had a moto accident in March of 2019 and nearly lost my left leg at the knee. After many surgeries and 2 years of rehab, I started mountain biking again. This provided continued to rehab and provided my much needed 2 wheeled therapy. The only problem, my injury left me with nerve damage to my left foot so I have limited movement and not a lot of feeling. It’s hard for me to tell my foot is even on the pedal. Flat pedals weren’t cutting it so I tried clipless. Those didn’t work as I can’t turn my foot to get out of clipless pedal. I fell over a few times trying. Then I found the REMtech pedals. I anxiously awaited the next batch to be released Oct 18th of 2021 and ordered immediately at 12pm when they were released. I had high expectations that they would provide me exactly what I needed. They didn’t disappoint! It took me maybe 5 minutes to get used to them. They are the perfect in between of flats and clipless. My riding has improved so much now that I know my left foot is stuck to the pedal and I can easily pull it off when needed. They’ve also taken a beating in the few months I’ve had them and proven to be very durable! Well done Hustle Bike Labs!
