REMTECH® FEATURES
Truly “clipless”: No clipping in/precise engagement angle
Just step on and go: Effortless engagement, easier/safer for newbies. Benefits riders of all levels; quicker more reliable connection (snap-in) for better take off and release.
No Spring-Loaded Engagement with Cleat
With our REMplate® system, you do not need to continuously clip into/out of spring-loaded clamps: This minimizes wear and tear by erosion and prolongs pedal and cleat life.
Virtually Infinite Float
Benefit: Foot is free to rotate as much as needed in either direction, with no loss of hold, which improves overall performance and minimizes strain on joints.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee // 3 Year Limited Warranty
STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
Yep—and we’ve done the testing so you don’t have to. The recommended shoes for magnetic pedals like our REMtech Pedals have a flat sole, a roomy cleat box, and a minimal toe rocker for better contact and easier engagement.
Our top picks? The Five Ten Hellcats and Ride Concepts Tallac or Flume Clip models.

You don’t have to twist to release from the magnetic pedal, but it’s often the easiest way to release. Any movement that applies enough pressure will disengage your foot.
Since REMmagnets hold most strongly in the vertical direction, twisting, sliding, or angling your foot releases more smoothly than pulling straight up. Unlike clipless pedals, no single, rigid movement is required.
No, you don’t need to be precise with your foot placement. As long as your foot is on the pedal with the REMplate somewhat over the REMmagnets, you’re good to go.
For maximum pull, it’s best to have the REMplate centered over the magnets, but the system is flexible enough to allow a wide range of foot positions and adjustments while riding.
Yes, the pedals allow for a lot of float. Unlike clipless pedals, your foot can rotate freely without weakening the magnetic grip.
There’s also significant side-to-side float; although the magnetic pull reduces when your REMplate moves out of alignment with the REMmagnets, you’ll still feel the magnetic connection, just at a lower strength.
