Terms & Conditions
- Minimum Advertised Price: Retailers are required to adhere to a MAP of $225 for REMtech Pedals. This price represents the lowest allowable advertised price for the product. The price must be visible when advertising.
- Restriction on Marketplace Sales: Retailers are prohibited from reselling REMtech Pedals on online marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay. This restriction ensures consistent pricing and protects Hustle Bike Labs’ brand image.
- 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: Customers purchasing REMtech Pedals from retailers and not directly through Hustle Bike Labs’ website are ineligible for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Hustle Bike Labs will honor the manufacturer’s warranty for REMtech Pedals sold through retailers. Any defects or issues covered by the warranty must be addressed promptly and in accordance with the warranty terms.
- Compliance Monitoring: Hustle Bike Labs reserves the right to monitor compliance with this MAP policy. Retailers found in violation may face consequences, including but not limited to suspension of wholesale privileges.
- Enforcement: Non-compliance with this MAP policy may result in corrective action, including termination of the wholesale agreement with Hustle Bike Labs.
- Amendments: Hustle Bike Labs reserves the right to amend or modify this MAP policy at any time. Retailers will be notified of any changes and are expected to comply with the updated policy.
- Agreement Acceptance: By purchasing from Hustle Bike Labs for wholesale, retailers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this MAP policy.
